In Drumlin Hill we are working to build a better world. Geothermal heat is required in all new single-family construction, as are landscape plans that include fruit or flower bearing trees, shrubs and vines. Rain gardens are also encouraged.
Drumlin Hill is one of Deerfield's newest neighborhoods. Set close to the Village, you can walk to schools, parks, the library and the downtown very easily. You also have access to the Glacial Drumlin Trail.
